On the sets of London Dreams, Salman get obsessed to a designer jacket to such an extent that it surprised his stylist and producer. Vipul Shah, producer of the film, finally gifted him the jacket worth Rs 3 lakh. The jacket is a creation of Roberto Cavalli. Salman loved the piece so much that he was wearing it even when the shot was done. Moreover the actor wanted to wear it as much time it is possible. He was sporting it even in the breaks.
Revealing about the incident, a source said, “Salman was wearing a jacket during one of the sequences in the film. The shoot got over and Salman had to go for a change. The filmmakers were surprised when he insisted on wearing the jacket again in portions that did not require him to wear it. The designers had no choice but to relent to his demand.”
Salman is well known for his style in the industry. The source later added, “Salman’s obsession stemmed from the fact that the jacket was one of a kind and he really wanted to wear it as much as he could. Even during the break between the shots, the actor would be seen wearing the jacket.”
When asked to Vipul Shah, he confirmed it and said, “Salman loves stylish clothes and when he went shopping and picked up this piece, his obsession with the jacket was quite palpable. He would wear it off the sets too, much to the surprise of the crew members.”
Salman’s love for the jacket and the Vipul’s love for the actor made him gift the rare piece to the actor. “It is a small gift from me to Salman,” adds the producer.
